At ScentGo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Standard Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. Change-of-mind returns are accepted within this window.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at realscentgo@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Used refillable perfume bottles
• Items that have been filled with liquid

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Please contact us immediately at realscentgo@gmail.com if you need to cancel an order.
