Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your order. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- unused
- in the same condition that you received it
- in its original packaging
- returned with proof of purchase or order number
For hygiene and safety reasons, used refillable perfume bottles cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Once the bottle has been filled with perfume or used, it is no longer eligible for a standard return.
Change-of-Mind Returns
If you changed your mind or no longer want the item, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
For change-of-mind returns:
- the item must be unused and in original condition
- the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- the item must be returned to us before a refund is issued
- original shipping costs, if any, are non-refundable
Refunds will only be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- your order number
- a clear photo or video of the issue
- a brief description of the problem
After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another solution.
In some cases, we may not require the item to be returned. This decision is made at our discretion and does not apply to standard change-of-mind returns.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow several business days for the refund to appear on your bank or card statement, depending on your payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- used refillable perfume bottles
- items that have been filled with perfume or any liquid
- items not in original condition
- items damaged due to misuse
- returns requested more than 30 days after delivery
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for returns that are lost in transit.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it. If the order has already shipped, you may request a return after delivery if it meets our return requirements.
